"I wanted some help to change my diet and make sure I was getting the right foods. I also wanted to overcome a sugar addiction and some general food issues I was having. Little did I know, Sid would totally change my life. He not only supported me in food-related issues, but provided me with a whole new approach to living. Today, I use his small-step approach in every area of my life, from overwhelming household projects to health/fitness to how I work with the people around me."
“Sid's approach to helping people transform their thinking away from weight loss and toward a more holistic view of health and happiness is unique. It enabled me to explore my thoughts and habits on a deeper level and become more honest about who I aspire to be. It was empowering to stop my old routines and my focus on taking care of others and reconsider my own goals...I now feel more forgiving of myself and less rigid about my eating and exercise goals and habits and ... think more about what I truly want and where my health goals fit into my life goals and constraints."
“I highly recommend Sid’s small step approach. It has tremendously changed my life. After years of “yo-yo” dieting and exercise, I started listening to various health podcasts for help and found Sid. The podcast is fun and I really enjoyed Sid’s delivery of his material. This led me to his book "Approaching the Natural." After reading it, I signed up for coaching with Sid. Since then, I have made the small steps process a part of my daily life. I have begun a transformation into greater health and happiness with the added bonus of weight loss and more energy."
